In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, an authorisation is required for a pub/club or any other premises which holds licensable activities and any subsequent variations or transfer.

 

Licensable activities are

 

• Sale by retail or supply of Alcohol.
• Regulated Entertainment (including live and recorded music and dancing).
• Late night refreshment - between the hours of 23:00 to 05:00.
