Local Development Framework: Outline
Since the Government reformed the Planning System in September 2004 by introducting the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) the Planning Policy unit has been working on producing a new style Development Plan known as the Local Development Framework (LDF), which will replace the 1997 Local Plan.
