Tenant Involvement Strategy: Outline
Our vision for the future of resident involvement is that a wide range of options be offered to residents, giving everyone who wishes to be involved the opportunity to do so, in a way which they choose which suits their circumstances.
Whenever decisions are made it should be clear that they are based on a comprehensive understanding of the needs and aspirations of residents as expressed through a variety of channels of comunication.
The Tenant Involvement Strategy sets out how we want to make this vision a reality.
