Right to Buy & Leasehold Services: Outline
The Right to Buy scheme allows a secure tenant whose tenacy existed before 18th January 2005 to purchase their property after 2 years. If the secure tenancy started after 18th January 2005, then they will have the right to buy the property after 5 years.
