Bankruptcy and Credit Advice: Outline
If you are worried about your level of debt and concerned about the possibility of bankruptcy, you can get free, professional debt advice from the Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS). This is a national charity that offers impartial debt help free of charge.
They operate a free online service called CCCS Debt Remedy, available 24 hours a day, that provides individual assessments, recommendations, help and support.
