Licence - Theatre: Outline
In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, an authorisation is required for a pub/club or any other premises which holds licensable activities any subsequent variations or transfer.
Licensable activities are
- Sale by retail or supply of Alcohol.
- Regulated Entertainment (including live and recorded music and dancing).
- Late night refreshment - between the hours of 23:00 to 05:00.
