Licence - Amusement (With Prizes): Outline
The Gambling Act 2005 requires permission to be obtained to install Gaming Machines (Amusements With Prizes) and depending on the circumstances, different permits apply.
- Notification of two or less machines in a premises licensed under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale by retail or suppply of alcohol. An application form can be found by following this link.
- Permit for three or more machines in a premises licensed under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale by retail or suppply of alcohol. An application form can be found by following this link.
- Club machine permit which permits high payout machines in commercial or Working Mens' Clubs. An application form can be found by following this link.
