Licence - House To House Collection: Outline
Collections made house to house require a House to House Permit either from the Local Authority or the Police unless a Home Office Exemption Certificate is obtained.
The type of permission depends upon the locality of collection. For nationwide collection contact the Home Office, for countywide collection contact Staffordshire Police and for collection within Cannock Chase District contact the Licensing Unit with sufficient notice.
