Licence - Riding Establishment: Outline
In order to provide riding lessons or hire out horses for payment, a licence is required under the Riding Establishments Act 1970. Licenses are issued by the Council and are subject to a satisfactory vets inspection. The local authority may impose additional conditions before issuing a licence.
