Advice To Consumers: Outline
Community Watchdog Scheme is a countywide network of volunteers. They act as the eyes and ears for their community and assist Trading Standards in tackling rogue traders in Staffordshire.
Trading Standards service operates from two offices (Burton and Stafford) and is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and fair trading environment for the benefit of the consumers and businesses of Staffordshire.
Health and Consumer Services has launched a new website at www.no-ur-rites.com made for young people, by young people to inform them of their consumer rights.
