Housing - Insurance Claims Against The Council: Outline
Claims against the council for damage caused to the tenants' possessions, including damage caused by contractors working on behalf of the council, or claims for personal injury should be submitted to the council in writing as soon as possible after the event, where applicable they will be submitted to the councils' insurers.
