Complaints - Procedure: Outline

Cannock Chase Council is committed to serving the community in the most efficient and courteous way possible. We are constantly trying to improve our services and the way we deliver them. We review the complaints procedure annually.

Please tell us about what we are doing right or anything that will help us to improve how we do things.

If you wish to complain to Cannock Chase District Council, please see our complaints section which also contains the forms necessary to make a complaint.

Please note that complaints about schooling an incident or school must be made to the headteacher. A further formal complaint can be made to the governing body and later to the secretary of state for education. It is the responsibility of the Staffordshire County Council to investigate complaints and to take appropriate action.
