This Function is carried out by Staffordshire County Council.
The division aims to play a significant role in raising educational standards
by providing excellent services to all in the areas of Admissions, Transport and
Student Finance. In turn, the strategic planning functions support school
improvement through school organisation planning, through the pupil database and
through a coherent and co-ordinated system of pupil admissions. The strategic
function is supported by bidding from External Funding and School Organisation.
This brings in significant extra resources. The division will work in
partnership with a range of organisations and agencies to improve the learning
context for our pupils, students and communities.
