Obstructed pavements: Outline
Streetworks, roadworks, skips, scaffolds, hoardings, advertising boards and
building materials that block the pavement are all considered to be causing an
obstruction to pedestrians. Staffordshire County Council is responsible for ensuring that such
obstructions are removed.
