Becoming A Mentor: Outline
The project recruits, trains and supports volunteer mentors to 'be-friend' young people and assist them to make a successful transition into independence by assisting young people leaving care to reach their potential, Staffordshire Through Care Mentoring Project provides a volunteer mentoring service to young people leaving care.
