The Anti-Fraud & Corruption Framework sets out actions that the Council will take to create an open and honest anti-fraud culture.
The Confidential Reporting Framework replaces the Whistleblowing Policy.The Whistleblowing Policy was written as a response to the Public Interest Disclosure Act which provided statutory protection against harassment and discrimination for employees who raise concerns in good faith. The Confidential Reporting Framework now seeks to offer similar protection to that offered to employees to anyone who raises a valid concern including Members, suppliers, contractors and the public.
