An Annual Monitoring Report is a document that helps the Council to achieve its objectives by monitoring the implementation of plans and policies within the District’s Development Plan and seeing if they’re having the desired effect. It also records the progress made against targets set in the Local Development Scheme which outlines what documents are being produced and when the public can expect to be consulted on them.

This report therefore highlights any areas that need addressing or improving and recommend ways of tackling them.
