Are you the parent or carer of a child with special educational needs or a disability in Staffordshire? Staffordshire Parent Action Network are inviting you to attend a free workshop to give your views on its new Transfer Toolkit. The Transfer Toolkit aims to make moving to a new setting a much easier experience for children and young people. The event is designed for parents of children with special; needs and or disabilities from early years to early adulthood. Support available also.
