Cannock Chase Council in partnership with the Planning Portal are able to deliver a variety of online planning services.
Services that can be provided by the Planning Portal are;-
- An introductory guide to planning
- Online submission of application forms
- Online appeals submissions through the Planning Casework Service
- Helpful online tools which make submitting an application easier
Apply for Planning Permission Online
Applying for planning permission online through the planning portal is now the preferred method of submitting your application however we appreciate that some applicants still wish to submit manually and this is still possible.

Fees
Most planning applications require a fee to be submitted before we can process an application. Click on the Planning Fees link shown below. If you are unsure as to the correct amount please use the Planning Portal's fee calculator.
Applications for Extension to Time, Minor Amendments and Non Material Amendments also attract a Planning Fee. Please use the link below to access this separate set of Planning Fees.
