Vision for the future
Our vision for the future of resident involvement is that a wide range of options be offered to residents, giving everyone who wishes to be involved the opportunity to do so, in a way which they choose which suits their circumstances.
Whenever decisions are made it should be clear that they are based on a comprehensive understanding of the needs and aspirations of residents as expressed through a variety of channels of communication.
It should be clear that all contributions are valued. Residents need to know that we will ask what they think and that we will listen to their views.
