Tenant Involvement Impact Assessment

How can we measure the impact of resident involvement?

Is resident involvement helping to achieve the objectives listed above?  It is hard to measure all of the results of involvement.  However, the Impact Assessment outlines the ways that involvement of residents has made a difference.

  • Monitoring targets in the Tenant Participation Action Plan
  • Reviewing how tenants have influenced new policies, procedures and decisions
  • Asking residents about the successes of resident involvement
  • Collecting information from Estate Managers and other staff about how resident involvement has improved the quality of life on estates

This report is an assessment of how resident involvement has made a difference at different levels.

  • To policy
  • On estates
  • To individual residents

We show many tangible examples of how resident involvement has made a difference.  To be successful, residents and staff must be confident that resident involvement does work, and that time spent engaging and working together does improve services and quality of life.
