Housing Strategy
Cannock Chase Council consults widely in the preparation of a Housing Strategy for the District. The Strategy considers the housing needs of residents, future population projections and local requirements. Consideration should be given to the social and economic circumstances of those seeking affordable housing in the District.
The Housing Strategy is an overarching document that draws upon a variety of supporting strategies. Its purpose is to present a comprehensive picture of local housing needs, issues and priorities for action.
