This section provides information on Housing Service Standards
Housing Services aim to provide it's customers with a consistently high level of customer service at all times. To achive this, service standards have been refreshed setting out the standard of service you can expect from us and which can be used to measure our performance. The standards have been developed in consultation with tenants and residents.
Service standards will be prominently displayed in the Cannock housing office and One Stop Shop reception areas. These booklets tell you what to expect from us in terms of customer care, maintenance, management, anti-social behaviour, allocations and lettings.
