User surveys offer us a unique insight into what you - our valued customers - think of the services provided.  The results allow us to continue to develop and improve upon the current facilities and activities in place.  We pride ourselves on having high standards of customer care, and believe that listening to what the public have to say can only progress the levels of customer service.

Recent surveys were completed at the end of 2010, and they revealed a high level of customer satisfaction across the service.

Chase Leisure Centre
Surveys completed in October 2010 revealed 95% of people were fairly or very satisfied with their visit.

Rugeley Leisure Centre
Surveys completed in November 2010 revealed 99% of people were fairly or very satisfied with their visit.

Prince of Wales Theatre
Surveys completed in December 2010 revealed 98% of peopl were fairly or very satisfied with their visit.
