What we ask from you
To abide by our rules and regulations and to treat the staff with courtesy and respect.

Our aim
To answer your telephone calls within 6 rings by giving a suitable greeting and offering our help.

To answer all letters, emails and faxes within 10 working days. If this is not possible, we will send a reply explaining the delay.

To ensure your query/complaint is tracked to provide the necessary outcome and any messages you leave are replied to within 2 working days
