Building Regulation Inspection
To request an inspection of your building work, then please telephone 01543 464507 or e-mail buildingcontrol@cannockchasedc.gov.uk
You should give us at least 24 hours notice for all inspections except completion and occupation, where 5 days notice is required. Failure to notify for a completion inspection when work is finished may result in us not being able to carry out an inspection at a later date. If a telephone call or email is received before 10.00am then the inspection will be carried out the same day (except for completion inspections where a separate appointment will normally be arranged). Please note that inspections are only carried out Monday to Friday.
When notifying Building Control of an inspection, please quote:

- Application number
- Stage of Inspection Required
- Contact daytime telephone number
