Residents can sign up for Council e-magazine

Published on Monday 2nd July 2012

Cannock Chase residents can sign up to receive the latest Council news and information straight into their inboxes.

Chase Matters, Cannock Chase Council's newsletter for residents, will be distributed on 5th July to households across the District as a wraparound with the Cannock & Rugeley Chronicle free newspaper.

Residents can sign up to receive an electronic version of Chase Matters, with extra elements and interactive features, including a video showcasing the modernisation of Chase Leisure Centre in Cannock. It will be dropping into inboxes on 5th July.

To receive a copy, residents should send an email to communications@cannockchasedc.gov.uk with a subject title of "Chase Matters" - email addresses will only be used to send details of Council news and activities and will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to any third parties.

Cllr Dennis Dixon, Cannock Chase Council Corporate Improvement Leader, said: "We want to share Council news and information to residents in all the places they like to receive it.

"As well as traditional communications methods, it's important that we connect with the growing number of people who use the web and social media. As well as our website and new e-magazine, we also use Twitter (@CannockChaseDC) and Facebook (Cannock Chase Life) to keep residents fully up to speed with Council updates."
