Corporate and Performance Plan In delivering our services, we are committed to achieving our vision for the district: 'By 2020, Cannock Chase will have a vibrant local economy with opportunities for all, in clean, green and safe environment'

To achieve the council's vision, we recognise the need for clarity around the priorities for the District. Having Listened to our residents, Consulted with our partners and understood the demographic outlook for the area, the council will focus on six corporate priorities, the first five of which are illustrated by the acronym CHASE:

•    C hildren, Young People and Families
•    H ealthier Communities, Housing and Older People
•    A ccess to Education, Skills and Employment
•    S afe, Strong and Cohesive Communities
•    E nvironmental Sustainability

The sixth priority is Corporate Improvement, which sets out our commitment to continuous improvement across a range of Corporate and Support Services which underpin the delivery of front-line services, in order to achieve excellent results and delivery improved services and outcomes.
