Housing Services Overview
Cannock Chase District Council owns approximately 5500 properties.

The housing stock breaks down into a range of accommodation from one bedroom flats/bungalows up to four bedroom flats and houses.

Ian Tennant, the Head of Housing, would like to see the service developing and improving in the direction which tenants of the Council want it to go.  For that reason, he is keen to receive your comments and suggestions and a special on line form has been developed. If you have a question about the Housing Service or a suggestion for improvement, why not register these on the online form "Tenant to Tennant".  Your questions and suggestions will be welcomed and treated in confidence.  However, suitable questions may be included anonymously on our "frequently asked questions" page on this website.
