BODY ATTACK
An intensiveathletic workout using simple interval training techniques. Ultimate cardiovascular challenge for advanced fitness levels

BODYTONE
This class is designed to tone up muscle on the whole body, for people of all ages and fitness levels

BODY PUMP
A pre-choreographed resistance workout with weights, designed to sculpt the whole body. Suitable for all fitness levels.

BODY COMBAT
A pre-choreographed session using martial art moves - suitable for all fitness levels

CIRCUITS A power workout, working on strength, stamina and sweat! Suitable for intermediate and advance fitness levels

GENTLE KEEP FIT A gentle exercise session incorporating aerobic and resistance moves

PILATES
A slow paced class with a series of mobility and strength exercises aimed at corestability, posture and balance - to suit all fitness levels

STEP Step aerobic class for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced

Teen X-Treme
Aerobics, Exercises and games specifically designed for children and teenagers.

X Bikes
Indoor mountain biking.
