Are you the parent or carer of a child with special educational needs or a disability in Staffordshire? Staffordshire Parent Action Network are inviting you to attend a free workshop to give your views on its new Transfer Toolkit. The Transfer Toolkit aims to make moving to a new setting a much easier experience for children and young people. The event is designed for parents of children with special needs and or disabilities from early years to early adulthood. Support available also.
