Cannock Chase Council is working with its partners including public health specialists at Staffordshire County Council and Public Health England to monitor and respond to the coronavirus situation.
The information contained within this section of the website is for residents and businesses across Cannock Chase District seeking information and advice about Council services and support available from the Council (including sections aimed at Residents and Business) - and how to contact us. It includes links to guidance and advice about Coronavirus from the NHS, help and information from government and other agencies, and information and guidance for employees and the self employed.
The Council is working hard to deal with the understandably large number of calls and enquiries coming in online from residents and businesses, especially those concerned about their finances. Staff - now mostly working from home - are doing all they can to help with queries about benefits and government support for businesses, and the many other enquiries being made especially concerning the most vulnerable in our community. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are posting news releases on this website as they are issued (see the link below and on our homepage). You can also follow our latest news on Twitter @cannockchasedc and Facebook (Search `Cannock Chase Life`). Here you will find daily updates on services such as bin collections.
