District Needs Analysis

The District Needs Analysis (DNA) is produced annually by the Policy and Communications Team at Cannock Chase Council to summarise the latest statistical information for Cannock Chase District.

The DNA examines key social, economic and environmental issues in the District relating to a diverse range of themes including health and wellbeing, education and skills, the local labour market, housing and the living environment. The document provides a detailed socioeconomic profile of Cannock Chase with reference to local, regional and national comparators.

Ward Profiles 

The Ward Profiles provide a user friendly summary of key statistics at this more local geographical level, including for council wards such as Brereton and Ravenhill, Hednesford South and Cannock West. The Ward Profiles can be used to supplement the District Needs Analysis by offering a more detailed range of socioeconomic data or as individual data profiles for those interested in ward-level statistics.
