A must for any would-be entrepreneurs in their early stages of planning their business or for businesses 3 years or younger! This course is part of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull’s Enterprise for Success Programme.
The FREE two day course covers all aspects of setting up a business from getting the right mind set, to basic financial control techniques, market research and writing a business plan.
The course is led by an experienced Blue Orchid Business Advisor and will cover a wide range of issues, from registering your business, to financial planning and business plan preparation.
Whether you have a bright idea or would like more specific support around a particular business issue, the Enterprise for Success Programme can provide individual and tailored support through the course and 1-2-1 advice sessions.
Blue Orchid also provide additional workshops focusing on specific areas which are useful for young or start up business. If you are looking for further information about Social Media Advertising, Tax Accounting or sales techniques, then these workshops are for you.

Protek Recruitment is a specialist recruitment company providing professional technical staff for the construction industry and is the result of a lifelong dream of Fiona Harris, support from Blue Orchid helped turn her dream into a reality.
Fiona has spent a few years working in the industry for a number of companies. But Fiona’s passion was always to own her own business and she achieved this earlier this year when Protek began trading in February.
