The Housing Options Team are here to support vulnerable households who may be threatened with homelessness. The Council acknowledges that vulnerable renters in the private sector may need additional support. There are different types of support the Council can offer to households, we may offer advice and support into alternative accommodation or help to enable you to remain in your current home. If you are a private renter and have experienced a drop in income due to Covid 19 related issues, please contact the Council’s Housing Options Team for urgent assistance. Rough sleeping: We are still offering a service to rough sleepers and our outreach team have been working with our rough sleeping community to help with accommodation. If you or know of anyone who is rough sleeping and in need of accommodation please contact Housing Options Team 01543 462621.
