Having trouble expressing interest for a property? Follow our step-by-step guide.
Step 1 – Login
Login to your Housing Online account using the email address you provided and the password you created when you registered for Housing Online.
Step 2 – Choice Based Lettings
Once you have logged in, select the Choice Based Lettings tile followed by the blue Actions button and choose List of available properties.
Step 3 – Add to basket
Browse the properties available and select the view details button next to the property that you are interested in. At the bottom of the page, you will find the add to basket button. Click the button if you would like to express interest.
Step 4 – Basket Confirmation
Confirmation of the property being successfully added to your basket will display. From here you can select view basket to apply for the property.
Review the properties in your basket and if you are happy with your choice, select the Apply button. You can remove properties from your basket by selecting the checkbox next to the property you are no longer interested in and press the remove button.
Confirmation of your expression of interest will display.
You can withdraw interest by returning to the Actions button and selecting Current expressions of interest.
Tick the checkbox next to the property you would like to remove and select the Withdraw Interest button.
