Landlord Forum  3 Feb 2022 

The past two years have made it difficult to organize our usual Landlord Forum for Landlords within our district

To overcome this, we have partnered with the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) and their Local Representative will be hosting our first virtual meeting.

This online forum will take place:

**Thursday 3 February 2022 from 6.30pm – 7.30pm**

Round up of news and update on recent legislation changes in PRS~

Housing Options Team – Introduction to members of the Housing Options Team with overview of their roles~

Helen Scott –Introducing a new service CB4YS (Call Before You Serve) being provided by Cannock aimed at providing practical advice and assistance to landlords who may be considering serving notice on their tenant

We do hope that you can all join us to help make the event successful.

Any landlord or Agent interested in this free event must enrol on line prior to the meeting, You can either enrol as an existing NRLA member or as a guest (non member).  And remember it is free to attend

if you are not available to attend the meeting on the day, you can access a recording of the meeting, but only if you have enrolled in advance of the meeting.
