Cannock Chase Council

It's Never OK

It is recognised that tacking anti-social behaviour and other crime related issues are of great concern for residents living in Cannock Chase. Incidents of domestic and sexual violence are particularly high in February with a significant increase around Valentine's day.

Alcohol can play a major part in violence, whether in the home or as a cause of aggression in our town centres. We'd like to share the message that 'It's Never OK'.

Drunken violence and domestic abuse are unacceptable and cannot be excused. As we work with other organisations to make our town centres safer we'd like you to think about your own behaviour and the behaviour of your friends and loved ones.

We've put together some links below if feel that you or someone you know may be the victim of abuse or if you would like help with your drinking or behaviour.
