It has undergone public consultation, led by the Parish Council and a formal Regulation 16 consultation undertaken by the District Council in 2023.  The plan has been assessed by an independent Examiner, who recommended the Plan was summitted for a Referendum.  The voters within the Neighbourhood Area have voted in favour of the plan and Cannock Chase Council recommended that it be ‘made’ (adopted) as part of the District Local Plan at a Council meeting on 24th January 2024.
