If your bin, bag or caddy has not been collected please use the online form by clicking the link below to report that your bin has been missed.
You need to report a missed collection within 24 hours of the collection being missed or there is a charge to return to a missed bin after this time.
Please note in order to report a missed bin, a tag must not have been left stating a reason the bin wasn’t emptied. You must also have placed the bin out before 7am on the day of collection.
