Seven more local authorities have joined the Staffordshire Counter Fraud Partnership, with the aim of keeping public money out of the hands of fraudsters.

Members of the community watched the livestreamed event to remove the last major component of Rugeley B Power Station following the plant’s closure in 2016.

A Wolverhampton man has been found guilty of fly tipping waste relating to cultivating cannabis in Little Wryley.

Shaun Lee of Oak Tree Caravan Park in Featherstone was found guilty of fly tipping at Cannock Magistrates Court on 18 May 2021.

Magistrates heard that on the 23 January 2020, Mr Lee had fly tipped waste in Wryley Lane, Little Wryley, Staffordshire.  The waste related to the cultivation of cannabis plants.
