Local Validation List Consultation
The council has updated their local validation list which sets out the validation requirements for planning applications:
Section One - Compulsory national requirements
These documents must be submitted in order for the application to be made valid.
Section Two - Useful tips and FAQS
This information is provided to assist in making the submission
Section Three - Local Validation Requirements
Depending on the application type proposal, the documents in this section should be submitted in order to allow the Council to fully assess the proposals
The Local Validation List seeks to make it easier or applicants to know what documents and information is required for their planning applications.
