The Housing Office Reception opened on Tuesday 1 July 2025.

The reception is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm.

You can walk in or book an appointment by emailing housingreception@cannockchasedc.gov.uk or calling 01543 462621 to speak to a member of staff.

If you wish to make a housing application but don’t have access to a computer, there are computers available at the Housing Bungalow Reception - these can be accessed Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm. No need to book.

We offer face to face and telephone appointments. The Housing Team is available to assist customers with the following service areas:

• Housing Applications and Allocations 
• Neighbourhood Issues 
• Paying your Rent
