The Council are required under the regulatory framework for social housing in England from 1st April 2015, to produce a Housing Services Annual Report for the financial year.
The regulatory framework sets out 4 National Consumer standards against which Cannock Chase Council as a local authority provider of social housing must adhere to.
The four National standards are:
- Tenant involvement and empowerment standard
- Home standard
- Tenancy standard
- Neighbourhood and community standard
Under each standard we set out:
- What services tenants can expect from the Council
- How we are performing
- How we compare against other providers
