Explore Nature in the Heart of Hednesford
Bradbury Lane Woodland is a vibrant urban woodland in Hednesford, created by Cannock Chase Council in partnership with Forest of Mercia CIC between 2021 and 2022.
Over 3,000 native trees and shrubs were planted to transform common land into a thriving community green space. Local residents and volunteers played a key role in the planting effort, helping to create a woodland that not only supports wildlife but also contributes to carbon absorption and climate resilience.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful walk, a place to explore with children, or simply a moment to connect with nature, Bradbury Lane Woodland offers a welcoming escape right on your doorstep.
